The Founder

Rooted in Nature, Creativity, and Renewal

HortiFlora Wellness was created by Kelly Kellogg from a lifelong relationship with flowers, gardens, education, creativity, and the quiet restoration nature offers.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico and now rooted in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, Kelly discovered that working with flowers and plants was more than a creative practice — it became a way to pause, listen inward, trust herself, and find clarity during seasons of change.

Through years of hands-on gardening, floral arranging, and guiding others, Kelly saw how nature can create space for presence, reflection, and renewal.

With a background in education, horticulture, floral creativity, and wellness, she brings together her love of teaching, gardening, and intentional experiences to create spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves through nature.

HortiFlora Wellness was born from the belief that working with flowers and plants can become a form of presence an active meditation. When we gather around natural materials, create with our hands, and notice color, texture, scent, and season, something in us softens. We remember how to breathe. We reconnect with beauty. We return to ourselves.

Through botanical workshops, floral arranging, seasonal wreaths, curated container experiences, corporate wellness sessions, private gatherings, and retreat collaborations, Kelly creates experiences that are beautiful, meaningful, and accessible. Each offering is designed to invite calm, creativity, connection, and renewal.

At the heart of HortiFlora Wellness is a simple invitation:

to slow down,
to create with nature,
to reconnect with yourself,
and to experience flowers and plants as more than something beautiful —
but as companions for presence, creativity, and renewal.

Based in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, HortiFlora Wellness serves individuals, private groups, organizations, retreat spaces, and venues throughout the Northeast and beyond.

Our Heritage

A pathway to pause

HortiFlora Wellness is rooted in the belief that a simple pause with nature can open the door to something deeper.

For Kelly, the garden became that place. It was where she learned to slow down enough to notice what was happening within—to listen, trust herself, and follow the quiet creative impulses that often led to unexpected beauty, clarity, and new possibilities.

Over time, she realized this wasn't unique to her. When we slow down, engage our senses, and create with the natural world, we begin to experience something many of us have forgotten in the pace of everyday life: the space to notice, reflect, reconnect, and simply be.

Through flowers and nature, we don't seek to tell you what to think or feel. Instead, we create the conditions where your own insights, creativity, and inner guidance have room to emerge.

That is the rhythm HortiFlora Wellness invites others into: pause, notice, trust, create, and discover.

Through flowers, plants, seasonal materials, and guided botanical creativity, each experience becomes more than a workshop. It becomes an invitation to reconnect with yourself, to become one with nature again, awaken your creativity, and discover practices you can return to whenever you need a moment of calm, clarity, or renewal.

The Approach

Rhythms of the season

Sensory Grounding

Seasonal Connection

Creative Renewal

We begin by engaging the senses through flowers, plants, texture, scent, color, and seasonal materials. This simple pause helps quiet the busy mind and brings attention back to the present moment.

Each experience is inspired by what the season offers — flowers, foliage, herbs, branches, seed pods, and natural materials. Working with the season helps participants notice beauty, rhythm, and possibility in what is already present.

Through hands-on botanical creativity, participants are invited to trust their own way of creating. The process becomes a space to slow down, reconnect, and leave with both a beautiful piece and a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
